Walking in Gratitude
On Saturday, November 27, 2021, Thanksgiving weekend, Celeste Graves, MA, will be leading a silent walk and meditation in ESOPUS BEND NATURE PRESERVE in Saugerties, NY. We are delighted to also have the expert assistance and support of Kathy Carey who will be co-leading the event. As in previous Nature Walks with Celeste, you will be invited to participate in gentle, easy to follow qigong exercises. These simple movements will ground and connect us with the earth, reminding us to be mindful as we walk over stones and the damp leaves of the season. We will attune and align the energies of body, mind, and spirit, encouraging balance and harmony as we move among the trees, through the breeze, in gratitude for the preservation of this land and creek, and for all of Nature.
Date and Time: Walk begins at 11 am. Sterley Ave. Entrance. Returning no later than 12:30.
Parking at the Entrance is Limited: So lets meet at Saugerties Village Beach parking lot between 10:30 – 10:45 to carpool or caravan.
